highest lending amount against income ?

hi, what is the best we could hope for at the moment, calculating what we can borrow regarding income, i know it has fluctuated between x3 and x6 over the last few years but what is it like at the moment,

Probably 5x depending on credit scoring and deposit, obviously not a great idea to stretch yourselves too far though.0

Will depend on what income level you are on, loan to value. Lower the income less multiples, it will also vary as well if you have any other credit commitments or dependants.I am a Mortgage Adviser
