Cheltenham & gloucester mortgage

i've been looking at changing to c& g but when i try to work out their fees i can't??? they have so many different charges.
i think it might be 699 or 499 to remortgage with them?
they have a fixed 5 year at 4.79% but when you do the cal it works it out at 4.99 does anyone know which rate it is???
also we have just been knocked back from nationwide!!! for a reason they wouldn't say apart from to much commitment which is strange as we only have a mortgage for the same amount we are asking for.
will our cc look bad asking another company so soon
