would like to go with CCCS.

I think so as dmps are not legally binding on any party.Debt 30k in 2008.:eek::o Cleared all my debt in 2013 and loving being debt free

I am also with Payplan and considering changing to CCCS. They have done a good job but sometimes are slow in replying to me and soemtimes hard to understand the people on the other end of the phone!!DMP May 08 - £27,000 approx!:eek: Debt free 2024!!0
