Hello all!
Got a bit of a decision to make now..wonder if you lovely folks could help. I have now worked at my current job for 6 months and therefore am elligable to start a company pension which is where my money is invested in an "Aviva Managed Managed Fund" which i understand means they invest it for me. If i put in 5% of my salary, they will put in 7.5% which seems pretty good to me?
I am currently 23, living with my parents and saving for my own house. Do you think i should start my pension? It would be £100 less i can save every month.

Ditto, especially as your employer is matching your contribution at 1.5 times.
