Hi
I am interested in the Woolwich base track tracker that is .19 over the BoE rate for life. Does anyone know if you can borrow say 170k but only have 120k now. The 50k being used in a few months for home repairs?
I also wanted to know if the one accounts are good. I have heard some negative things about them.
I appreciate your expertise!
Regards
Twin Mummy
