Hi and welcome to the site.

In answer to your query :

I've copied a reply I did on another tesco thread below, which should answer your question :-

Do your shop as normal and then click on "check out". You can then process your shop, choosing your delivery date, inputting your code/s, choosing substitutions, etc. and then clicking on "proceed" at the bottom of the page.

Alternatively, if you wish to input a code/s, but don't want to "finalise" your shop at this point : click on "check out", choose your delivery date, go through the motions of inputting your code, etc., but DON'T press "proceed" at the bottom of the page. Thus you can "bank" any number of codes in this manner. You'll still have to choose a delivery date (which you can always alter later), but the code will be banked even though you choose not to proceed. If you later return to input more codes in this way, you'll see the ones already banked if you click onto the link to see your codes.

There are different codes for groceries, wine, electrical goods, etc. for tesco.com, but the majority posted on here are for groceries. Only one code can be used in any one shop and they will automatically be deducted, provided they are within the expiry date. Most of the £5 codes can only be used if you spend £50 or more on your next grocery shop and most of the £10 codes are only valid if you spend £75 or more on groceries.

Hope the above helps and let me now if the above is not clear or you have any other queries.

  • Thank you, I'll give it a go.
  • Hi

Relatively new to the forums, been lurking for a while.

The discounts at Tesco (in that I mean for instance, BOGOF on items), when are they discounted from your basket?

If I add two items at BOGOF I still pay the full amount I would pay if the offer isn't on don't I?

    In case its not clear:

2 x £1.50 (BOGOF) - basket should say £1.50, even if you add two, so why do you pay £3? Do they refund you at delivery?

    Or am I just thick?

Doesnt it say somewhere that with BOGOFS the driver sorts this out on delivery?

  • That's basically what I'm asking.

Obviously couldn't put it better myself!
