cannot download remortgaging pdf

after filling in the form on http://www.brochurecentre.co.uk/ms3.asp and submitting it, I just get:

sorm form of db problem that I cannot seem to circumnavigate, so I cannot get the pdf. Any chance of getting this fixed?

I get the same error, just tried it.

so the good news is... it aint your PC.

Ill assume it at thier end.

yep, I received a reply to an email I sent to them, they are fixing it.
