Doritos 'Big Night In' Terms and Conditions

General Terms (these terms apply to all competitions that are part of the Promotion)

1. The Doritos Big Night In promotion (the "Promotion") is open to residents of the United Kingdom, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Republic of Ireland only, aged 18 years+, excluding employees and their immediate families of Walkers Snacks Limited (the "Promoter") and its affiliated companies, Activision and Microsoft employees and their immediate families, or anyone professionally connected with the Promotion. No bulk or third party entries accepted.
2. By taking part in this Promotion, all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions.
3. In Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland only no purchase is necessary – for the same chance of winning, send your name and address to 'Doritos Big Night In Promotion, PO Box 25, Melton Mowbray, LE13 1ZG and you will be posted a batch and time code. Only one entry per stamped envelope. Standard winner selection and notification clauses will then apply – see below. Please allow 3 working days from receipt of entry for postal delivery of a batch and time code to enable you to enter.
4. Purchase necessary. The Promotion can be found on the on the following packs; Doritos Tangy Cheese (225g, 125g PMP); Doritos Cool Original (225g, 125g PMP); Doritos Lightly Salted (225g, 125g PMP); Doritos Chilli Heatwave (225g, 125g PMP); Doritos Hint of Lime (225g); Doritos Flamin' Cheeseball (225g); Doritos Collisions Chicken (200g); Doritos Collisions Steak (200g) while stocks last.
5. The opening date for the Promotion is 1st October 2009 and the closing date is 23:00 on 19th December 2009. There are 3 daily draws happening at 19:00, 21:00 and 23:00 between 1st October 2009 and 19th December 2009 inclusive. Any entries into the Promotion received between 23:01 on 19th December 2009 and 23:00 on 26th February 2010 will be entered into one concluding draw on 1st March 2010. Draws will be made at random under independent supervision.
6. To enter the Promotion, log on to www.doritos.co.uk and enter the batch and time code contained on the back of the pack when requested. You will then play the Doritos Big Night In game and have to achieve a minimum play time of 20 seconds to qualify for entry into the promotion. On achieving this time you will receive one entry into the promotion. You can then choose which of the 3 daily draws you would like to be entered into (19:00, 21:00 and 23:00). If you qualify to enter after 19:00 you will be able to enter the 21:00 and 23:00 draws and if you qualify to enter after 21:00 you will be able to enter the 23:00 draw. If you qualify to enter between 23.01 and 00.00 you will be able to select a draw from one of the 3 draws on the following day. If a draw is not selected your entry will be allocated into the next available draw.
7. Entries are restricted to one entry per person per day across the 3 daily draws. No bulk, consumer group or third party entries will be accepted. Only one (1) prize can be won per person during the promotional period. No entrant may use their computer to enable multiple entries, in the event that an entrant is found to have attempted to circumvent these rules their entries will be disqualified and any prize award will be void and awarded to an alternative winner. The trading or publication of pack codes online or through any other medium is strictly forbidden and could result in disqualification from the promotion.
8. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not received or incompletely received for any reason. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt. The Promoter will not be responsible for codes damaged or defaced. If you cannot read your promotional code due to a genuine printing error, please send your pack and personal details to Consumer Services Dept, Walkers Snack Foods Ltd, PO Box 23, Leicester LE4 8ZU.
9. Winners will be asked to send in their packs with batch and time code for proof of purchase and therefore MUST RETAIN THEIR PACKS to validate their claims. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for packs that are sent and not received for any reason. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt. We recommend that you send your claim by recorded or special delivery. All winning claims are subject to a full verification process.
10. There are 241 prizes each consisting of - 1 x Guitar Hero 5 game, 1 x Guitar Hero World Tour band kit and 1 x Xbox 360 Arcade console with 1 x 3 month subscription to Xbox Live voucher and 1 x 2,100 Xbox Live points voucher.
11. A winner and reserve will be drawn from each daily draw database. The winner will be notified by telephone or email within one week of the draw they entered with further details of how to claim their prize. The prize must be claimed within 28 days from first notification. All reasonable effort will be made to contact winners, however, if the prize is not claimed within these 28 days the reserve winner will be contacted and the original winner will forfeit their right to the prize. All prizes will be despatched within 28 days of prize being claimed.
12. By entering into the Promotion, all entrants agree to participate in related and reasonable publicity without further recompense.
13. A list of the prize winners' names and counties will be available after 5th March 2010 by writing to 'Doritos Big Night In' Promotion Handling, PO Box 6914, London, W1A 1FN.
14. The Promoter's decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
15. Prizes are as stated. There are no cash or other alternatives to the stated prizes and unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Promoter, the prizes will only be awarded directly to the winners. The Promoter reserves the right to provide alternative prizes of equal or greater value in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
16. Any personal data relating to participants will be used in accordance with current UK Data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party (other than the Promoter's authorised agents for the purposes of running the Promotion) without the individual's prior consent. Where a participant opts in to receiving marketing information from third parties, it is likely that the participant will be contacted by Doritos partners, including Activision and Microsoft at a later date, with details of special offers in relation to their products.
17. The Promotion and these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. By taking part in the Promotion you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.

Score a Suite

1. 2. The Score a Suite promotion opens on the 8th October 2009 and closes at 12:00 on 21st December 2009 (the "Promotional Period").
3. To enter simply log onto www.doritos.co.uk, click on the 'Score a Suite' link and register your details through Facebook Connect to create a Rock God profile. Participants must hold a valid Facebook account to enter. You will then have to try and recruit as many fans or groupies as possible to join your account by uploading a photo.
4. For fans: to be become a fan you will need to visit the Rock God profile page on www.doritos.co.uk you would like to become a fan of, where you will then be asked to upload a standard photo. The Rock God profile will then be awarded with one (1) point. You can only become a fan of a named Rock God profile once but can become a fan of more than one Rock God profile.
5. For groupies: to be become a groupie you will need to visit the Rock God profile page on www.doritos.co.uk you would like to become a groupie of, where you will then be asked to upload a photo of your pants. The Rock God profile will then be awarded with four (4) points. You can only become a groupie of a named Rock God profile once but can become a groupie of more than one Rock God profile.
6. Owner of Rock God profile: points are awarded for each fan or groupie photo uploaded to your Rock God profile. One (1) point is awarded for someone becoming a fan and uploading a standard photo and four (4) points are awarded for someone becoming a groupie and uploading a picture their pants. If it becomes apparent that a participant is using a computer(s) to gain multiple entries to the promotion, such as the use of "script" or "brute force", that person's entry will be disqualified and any prize award will be void.
7. All photos submitted will be moderated and if a photo is deemed inappropriate a holding photo will be added in place of the inappropriate photo and this will only count as one (1) point towards the Rock God profile. No nudity, indecent photographs or photographs of people in their underwear will be accepted.
8. At the end of the Promotional Period the winner will be the Rock God profile that accumulates the most number of points.
9. There is 1 prize for the winner, which consists of a one night stay in a London hotel suite for 2 people and up to a maximum of 4 guests who are not allow to stay overnight. ALL guests must be aged 18+ years. The prize includes a contribution of up to £300 to cover standard travel costs if required to get to and from the London hotel and £500 to go towards food and beverage expenses. The winner will be required to provide a credit card at the time of check in to cover any additional expenses. The winner will also be responsible for the conduct of themselves and their guests and any damages that occur to the hotel room during their stay. The winner will be notified by email by no later than 24th December 2009. All reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winner, however if the prize winner does not respond within 28 days of first notification, the prize will be awarded to the Guitar Hero account that has accumulated the second (2nd) highest number of points and the original winner will forfeit any rights to a prize. The prize must be taken before the 31st March 2010. Dates are subject to availability and exclude bank holidays. If winner is unable to attend the night in London they will win £2,000*. * Or Euro equivalent at time of award.
10. There are a total of 5 runners up prizes for the next 5 Rock God profiles that have accumulated the next 5 highest number of points. Each prize consists of 1 x Guitar Hero World Tour band kit and 1 x Xbox 360 Arcade console. The winners will be notified by email by no later than 24th December 2009 with details of how to claim their prize. All reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winners, however if a prize winner does not respond within 28 days of first notification, the prize will be awarded to the Guitar Hero account that has accumulated the next highest number of points and the original winner will forfeit any rights to a prize.
11. In the event of a tie, all accounts that have the same number of points will go into an independent draw where one winner will be selected at random.
12. Prizes are as stated. There are no other alternatives to the stated prizes and unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Promoter, the prizes will only be awarded directly to the winners. The Promoter reserves the right to provide alternative prizes of equal or greater value in the event of unforeseen circumstances

It crashed on me too. But i still managed to enter my code and play the game. And then after i chose the daily draw that i wanted to be entered in, and everything was done, it crashed on me yet again. Was quite annoying, but glad i managed to get my entry in okay.
