  • I posted this in the yogurt thread a month ago but no one seemed interested - superb yogurt IMO (and yes you can make yogurt more cheaply with a rusty tin bath and some old socks...).

We were buying yoghurt in the supermarket yesterday and I decided I really needed to try making it myself - its so expensive nowadays!

Does anyone know if I need to buy any other easiyo ingredients that I need to buy to go with this? Or can I just use bought yoghurt and uht milk?

Better than half price, I got two Easiyo makers off freecycle, complete with the flask thingys.

I buy the mix off Lakeland - it's foolproof.

I have made my own too with bought greek yogurt and UHT - wonderful.
