Hmmmm, why do I get the feeling this MP4 player isn't as good as it seems...
Perhaps I'm being cynical, or perhaps its because its pitted against (As in equal to) a sticker album and voice recorder! am guessing its maybe aprox £15-£20 in value at the most? has anyone any experience in using the free gifts by the mail- are they worth it? i.e NOTW did a free hair straightener that everyone who ordered it seemed to love, hence I'd trust them a little more if they were to do something like this- but seeing as the Mail seem hell bent on charging alot in the way of tokens wherever they can- just seems odd that there is no token collect with this one- giving it away (with p&p) first time- too good to be true??0 -
received an email from the Telegraph which included:
With the Sunday Telegraph you'll save money too - there's a free £5 House of Fraser home giftcard for every reader, to be spent in home and interiors departments at all their stores.
Take the p70 of Stella magazine to House of Fraser before Oct 18th. Go to any till and exchange for a £5 gift card to use before Nov 30th0 -

No token required.
Send stamps - £2.85 stuck on a self addressed padded A5 envelope, along with your name and address to UP MP4 Offer, PO Box 5003, Dept UP1, Alton, GU34 9DA. Offer ends 1/11/09. Allow 35 days for delivery.0 -
Sorry if this is not the right place to post, as this is not really a newspaper offer, but ....
There is an IKEA ad in the Mail on Sunday (p.12), that says if you donate a minimum of 5 unwanted books, suitable for resale in Save the Children charity shops, they will give you a £5 IKEA voucher in return.
Offer is valid from 28/9-11/10, and excludes the Edinburgh store for some reason.
Many thanks for letting us know Cortone.
Do you know if this is a £5 voucher as is or a money off one
eg spend £30 get £5 off etc.
If anyone else knows the answer then please feel free to chip in.
Thanks Everyone.0 -

Yes there is a token in todays paper. But you clearly haven't read it!
You don't need a token to get the player. You have to save tokens for extras (dvd, usb stick etc).
If you want, you can pay £4.99 on line for the player (instead of sending the stamps).

Thought I would bring this to everyones attention again as it is where I first read about it!!!
Edinburgh is included!
Took 5 books up to the restaurant bit and was given a £5 paper voucher valid for a month! No minimum spend however did not like the fact that I was buying(getting) something at £4.99. A supervisor came across and worked some magic!0
