Sky Full Package Deal

Hi,

First time poster so sorry if this subject has been covered but I am on the full package with Sky at the moment but just rung up and got offered a deal for the next 12 months.
For the next 12 months 25% off the fee, so instead of £42.00 a month it will be £31 per month for a full year. Terms and conditions apply that you have to stay with Sky for 12 months but thought that is not a bad long term deal ?

    Yes you can

The next month will see massive cancellations.

NO FOOTBALL ON SKY for 3 months

I got the 25% deal but I can still upgrade and downgrade packages. Or I am committed to doing is staying with sky for another 12 months.

all profit from you as there is no equipment for them to pay for.
  • We have sky plus , is that the same ?

You can get a better deal but you have to work harder (but not much). My brother in law has been on a half price full package deal for 9 months. He originally rang and asked to cancel as he could no longer afford it. They offered the usual £21.25 for 3 months, he accepted, THEY RANG HIM after 3 months and offered same deal for next 3 months, and then he rang them after that and was offered the same deal for another 3 months. Has he just been lucky (he is very persuasive!)?
I spelt my username wrongly on purpose, by the way!

£31 / month in the pub only equals roughly 12 pints @ £2.50 a pint so assuming you only go once a week to see a match, stay only from kick off to full time and drink less than 3 pints in the 90 mins you would indeed be better off, just hope that during the world cup only 1 match per week is shown eh?

Ah yes, but the football season doesn't last all year!
I'd much rather men jump around and shout at the telly in a pub than at home LOL.;)
