using tesco online

hi

first time IVe been able to order from tesco groceries online

I put in the £5 off first shop but it said branch code not valid for this branch so that was that Ive e mailed them and asked whats what about that

but mainly what I wanted to know
If I print off vouchers can I hand them to the delivery man and how do I get the money back?

My delivery drivers are told not to accept any coupons as they dont accept them. I have emailed them and they told me that this is the correct procedure. I am afraid, if you have any 'paper' vouchers you will have to go instore and spend them at the checkout - which is a bit of a bum really as I have about £10s worth sitting in my bag, but I dont really want to go to the shop.
