Can I recommend another cookbook for people who still want to spend money!
If you are a fan of the Tightwad Gazette and/or More With Less Cookbook,I think you will like this book - The Use-It-Up Cookbook by Lois Carlson Willand
http://www.amazon.co.uk/exec/obidos/ASIN/0961455608/qid=1147523778/sr=1-1/ref=sr_1_0_1/202-9119056-0466259
It is recommended in the Tightwad Gazette on pages 135-6
It is a fantastic index of foods and ways to use them up.

Hi Thriftlady - Can you give a couple of examples? With copyright in mind of course. I think I'm quite good at using up leftovers, along with many others on here I'm sure. Would love to do better though so am happy to be persuaded!0
