Albion debt collection.

I got a letter from Albion debt collectors, (acting on behalf of Sainsburys bank), this morning. I thought I would give the number a ring and see who I actually got put through to, and its some bank's home insurance?
Now I wrote to Sainsburys a month or so back asking for various pieces of information they hold on me and a signed agreement. They have not provided this so I was under the impression they could not pass the debt on as the account would be in dispute until I got the information
Is there a letter I could send Albion informing them and Sainsburys of this?
Many thanks

Albion are "in house" collectors, so they are just pretending to have passed it on.
Still, you might like to send the letter in the link below.;)
