Can you please tell us what is offensive about the "I work at Bolton" post?.
The link you supply does not work, and I have read over it and I see nothing offensive.
I offer anyone to look at the thread and see where at any point it was offesnive. It was slanted in favour of the NRP, but does give another angle to what is going on. It is the second time in 2 weeks, that a thread where NRP's have vented anger and displeasure and it has been locked.
I understand where language is abusive you have to delete or lock, but nothing in that thread matched those criteria
