help with redetermination

Hi,
I am new to this website and would really appreciate some advice. Myself and my partner started on a DMP with CCCS as our debts were out of control and we needed help. We set up regular payments and have been paying them but I have received a CCJ from Nationwide for a loan of now about 12.5k. The court agreed to the payment rate we were currently paying but Nationwide have now applied for a redetermination and I have to go to court.
I am really worried about going to court and have been through so much stress with the amount of debt we have that I am now worried they will try and force me to sell our house.
Can anyone advise what I need to do? Nationwide say I have an asset with sufficient equity to repay the debt in full but I am sure my house is currently in negative equity as we bought it in 2007.
I own 50% of the house any my partner the other half so not sure what they can do but I would appreciate some advice
Thanks

If there is no equity in the property then a sale is not going to be forced, even if hey somehow managed to get a charging order when down the line.
Take with you a SOA with to show you can't pay more, and if you can something to show that there is no equity in the property then you can show that Nationwide are mistaken.
