Lightspeedpanel Question ?

Hello there,
I have been with lightspeed for ages now and have claimed many amazon vouchers.
But when i click on "Lightspeed Points Account" and then "Enter shop" I get took to a different website https://www.perksplus.com/PerksPlusV2/Login.aspx?ReturnUrl=/PerksPlusV2/Secure/RewardZone/Default.aspx ..............
My question is are the login details for the above site the same as lightspeed panels? as i try log in and i cant, i click forgot password and i cant change it and i realy need to claim my amazon voucher.....

I have contacted them 3 times in the past 2 months as well as lightspeeds customer service and there useless as they haven't replied!
What do i do ?

If you log in to Lightspeed then go to "Your points" and then click on "Rewards" you will be taken to the Perks website where you can claim your voucher. There is no need to log in again as you are already logged in.
I have just checked this.
I claimed a Paypal voucher this way on the 24th and it has already been paid into my account.

Never mind people i downloaded firefox and it worked on tha browser but none of the others
