Makes you wonder though how many people give up when told they are time barred?

iam time barred also.
but my argument is that although i was aware of the shortfall in my policy this was still enough to pay off my mortgage.(£48000 endowment on a £34000 mortgage)
but only the last update shows a shortfall that is not enough to pay if off.
don't know if this will be a case or not?0
