What will IFA produce in place of P60?

I have just received a mortgage offer, and the lender has asked me and girlfriend to produce bank statement, payslips and our P60’s. My girlfriend has only recently started working, so has no P60. The lender has advised me to speak to my “mortgage intermediary”

Does anyone know what other documents he will provide in place of the missing P60?

    In addition, a letter from employer, on company stationary, confirming employment and pay?
