Advice regarding debt management plan

Hi
i was looking into starting a debt management plan to sort out my debts.
I have hire purchase on a car though and was just wondering if i needed to include this in the debt management plan or could i leave this out and just continue to pay the full payment and keep the car as is needed for transport for work?
Also would i be eligible for dmp as i have never missed payments on my debts but i am not going to nbe able to afford to keep up due to partner being made redundant?
Thanks

im with CCCS who are brilliant, i could not include my car in this as its a something that can be taken from you if you lower payments, they dont include it in the plan. Speak to CCCS - i hadnt missed any payments, they were late but i was borrowing from all over to cover them. This is a system account and does not represent a real person.
