Mortgage calculator? endowment quandry.

Is there such a thing as this that will give me a "rough" guide of how much I would pay on a certain value mortgage?
We are hopefully moving to Spain within the next 6 months and would like to pay off some of our mortgage so that when we rent the house out we have an income from it "just in case".
Also, we are on a repayment mortgage but we have a couple of endowments .. one on the house and one that we kept going after selling my wifes property, would it be better to keep those going as things are beginning to pick up or cash them in (roughly 11 years old) and use the money to pay off more of the mortgage .. or maybe just freeze them.

Thanks for any advice
