Band t shirts

My 12 yr old son (going on 20) is into bands such as Blink 182, My Chemical Romance, Alien Ant Farm, Greenday etc and wants the t shirts to go with it. Where can I buy clothing with band names on? A friend suggested Virgin or HMV but from looking at their website it appears they don't sell them.

Any ideas ?

I noticed a while ago that https://www.aloud.com sell bands merchandise as well as gig tickets, don't know how big their range is or if they just sell popular bands stuff at the time but worth a check.

Go to the band in question's website (do a search though Google). All well known bands sell their own official merchandise.

Otherwise, if you don't mind cheaper copies, try Ebay (using the worldwide search, rather than just Europe will be helpful, and p+p is usually cheap from the USA, China or Hong Kong).

Failing that, hang around outside venues where the bands play, counterfeit t-shirts are always on sale! Easier if you live near a venue of course. I can recommend Earls court station as a good place to try.

Which ever record label those bands are signed to, usually sell or give links to other reputable websites for merch. Don't be ripped off by boot legged tshirts ect.

One of my housemates had a catalogue from grindstore. This should be the kind of stuff you're looking for. Don't know how they compare pricewise. But Blink 182? Oh dear. And I hope we're talking classic Greenday like Dookie and not their latest pop-punk rubbish. I think Offspring is a rather better slice of Americana if that's what he's into. Myself, I'm rather stuck in a decade I wasn't born in with my Stranglers LPs.
