 Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind
This Ive come to know...
So if you agree have a drink with me, raise your glasses for a toast

Morning!!
I have arranged to meet a friend for lunch, but we are going to tesco cafe cos its cheap!!
and then we are going to have a wander round as i need some new work trousers as i have had mine for years and they are falling apart! so nothing much DFW stylee yet!
i have done my shopping list tho so i dont buy anything i dont need!0 -
This morning I have counted up all my coppers in a jar and I have £4 in money bags to pay into the bank
I have washed 1 load of clothes and hung them on the airer rather than use a TD (although it helps that I don't have a TD in the first place!)
I have to do a bit of paperwork on my p/t self employed business but well worth the effort as it's been making me brilliant money just lately.
I am making a shopping list so I only buy exactly what I need at Tescos, and have saved lots of money of vouchers that are all ready to be taken with me and save a few pennies.
My neighbour who has an allotment kindly left me loads of lovely fresh rhubarb so will make a virtually free dessert from that!
I have to take some library books back and pick up a few more, I love being able to read loads of good books for free
Have a good day all,
SarahxYesterday is today's memories, tomorrow is today's dreams0 -
We are having a REALLY skint week but rather than sitting in and moping all weekend (and ultimately ending up buying chocolate I cannot afford to buy or eat for that matter
) a group of us are going walking up a big bloomin hill
We're meeting at mine at lunchtime and I'm hoping someone else will drive to save my limited petrol this weekThen we'll go storming up the hill with a sense of purpose, blow all the cobwebs away at the top cos it'll be bloomin freezing and chill out tonight with a sense of satisfaction and knowing I may be a few pounds lighter next week. happy days

For the first time ever I have written a shopping list and a rough meal planner for next week...
Going swimming shortly then shopping and then going to visit family... so will not spend a lot of money today apart from shopping.
I've also put washing in and will hang it out to dry shortly...Debt at Highest: - £32'000

Morning all!
Had chat with OH re going out (again) tonight and we're going to only take a little bit of money, and make sure we get the last bus home, so a compromise - we still go out but we don't spend like it's going out of fashion. OH is also at work doing extra hours, bless him, so I guess that's his DFW bit for today. wish I could do it with my job...! Other than that will spend day cleaning (what fun, not) with star drops and micro fibre cloths!
have a good weekend xFull time working mum to 2 boys

Morning!!!
At work today and no plans for tonight - all on my lonesome in the flat, which is sometimes nice, but was on my own last night so a bit bored of it now  !!
Two vouchers turned up today, £5 leisure voucher & £5 waterstones voucher, also waiting for a £5 odd bins voucher - this were all from a promotion Viking Direct were running - yaaay!!
2nd day of diet & all going well - feeling quite positive. I hope it lasts though.
I'll probably head to gym after work (annoying it closes early on a sat - not everyone is out!!) and then perhaps use my time to ebay some items..
Cant believe I only have 10 weeks left of work (9 weeks come Friday) - must hand my notice in soon.
Sorry to have rambled. I hope you all enjoy your weekends - looking forward to meeting you at social!!

Was going to go to see the DaVinci code as a birthday treat as didnt have anything last week. Unfortunately it hasnt been released yet so have booked it for next Sat. Hope we get good seats booking this far in advance and having the £12.10 taken out of my account immediately. Hope its worth it. BTW the reason this is moneysaving is because its all im having for my bday when I normally go out and spend £100+ on clothes. The forest would be very silent if no birds sang except for the birds that sang the best0
