Child Tax Credits
Child Benefit (you should be getting this)
Contribution and Income Based JSA - Joint Claim
Council Tax Benefit
Local Housing Allowance
Are your two children the same sex or one of each? That makes a big difference for LHA - same sex under 16 can share a room under regs.You are entitled to one bedroom for:
every adult couple (married or unmarried)any other adult aged 16 or overany two children of the same sex aged under 16any two children aged under 10
any other child.
For child tax credits depending on OH's salary up until now and last years joint income you may be able to make a claim but you need to provide figures.
