failing IVA in our last year

IVAs and many DMPs do take all income, including disability benefits into account. Personally I think this is wrong as your daughters DLA is HER money, not yours, it stipulates this on any correspondence as it is meant to be used for the extra expenses incurred due to her disability. How these companies get away with using it to line their own pockets is beyond me but they do.
It looks like you've had a really tough time of it and I feel for you and your family, you have obviously tried your best to pay all your debts. Do as Peachy suggested and post your I&E on here at least that way people can let you see what financial position you would be in if you did decide to go BR.
Also, you really do need to get some advice from one of the professional debt charities such as National Debtline.0
