I get about 100 newsletters a day so I set up a rule in Outlook Express so that any email with either the word 'congratulations' or 'winner' goes straight to a separate folder called WINS. I still check all the newsletters just in case but it usually means if there is a win, it jumps out at me straight away by appearing in the other folder.

Click on options on right hand corner, then mail options, click filters then create/edit filters

They can be misleading to. I had one with congratulations winner sofa in the title the other day I got excited until I opened it and it was just to say who had won it which wasn t me unfortunately :rotfl:never mind:Dwins so far: 6 mars balls. 5 mars dvds. make up. hair stuff. moisturiser. how did you do that?

You first need to create a new folder so go to new then folder, call it wins, then whilst still on your inbox goto tools, message rules then mail, then click new, check the box where the subject line contains the word it will then appear blue at the bottom, click it and type in congratulations the check the box move it to specified folder, again click it at bottom and select wins folder, hope that is understandable, i mumble a little lolSairz xx
