Lloyds Bank

Sorry if this is in the wrong place, and sorry if its long lol
A bit of background, OH had a lloyds account and I had a Halifax one, then we bought a house together in April and opened a joint Lloyds account.
We both then stopped using our own account and got our wages paid into the joint one.
We both kept an eye on our own accounts (via online banking) just to make sure nothing untoward was happening.
We went on holiday on 27th June and came back on the 11th July
OH received a letter from lloyds advising him he had gone over his overdraft, we checked the online banking and someone had used his account for paypal purchases.
We rang bank and advised them there had been fraud action, and they reimbursed OH's account and investigated the fraud.
OH then got a letter advising him he was being charged £200 overdraft fees for being overdrawn, OH ranf the bank and they said not to worry its a standard letter and he wont be charged.
3 weeks later another letter arrived and they advised him he was over his overdraft again, checked online and they had gone and applied the £200 charges!!!!
So we marched up to the bank had to explain all this, and had to wait 20 mins while the banker went away (without telling us where they were going) and they came back advising us they would reimbursh his account the £200
They did that and we told them to close OH's account.
Then this month we decided we would like to take a repayment holiday on our loan that we have (its a loan we both agreed to have to pay but it is in his name) so OH called lloyds and he was told the computer has rejected us as he has had overdraft fees in the last 6 months
OH explained he was a victim of fraud and thats why he had fees, but the girl on the phone said she couldnt help computer says no and all that. She advised us to go into the branch
So my question (after this very long post lol sorry) is, will the branch staff be able to overturn the computers decision based on the fact we werent overdrawn by any fault of ours?
Or is it a case of computer says no and thats that?
Thanks in advance

Going into the branch may be an option to put pressure on the manager there to get it sorted, but take copies of any correspondence to back up what you were told.
If that gets you nowhere, write an official complaint to the bank stating what happened, what you were told would be rectified and the problems caused by their staff not doing their jobs properly. After falling off the gambling wagon (twice): £33,600 (24,000+ 9,600) - Original CC Debt: £7,885.91
