Dubit affecting other surveys?

Since yesterday, two surveys I've received (one from opinion world, one from lightspeed) have asked for a code and password, this has never happened before and the link always contains "DubInterView". Could this be due to dubit informer? I've signed up with the recently and this has never happened before.
