I added a NOC to my credit file back in 2001 - just recd a copy of my latest credit report from Experian and it's still on there. It bears absolutely no reflection on my current position and in fact reading it could be viewed as positively harmful. How do I get it removed? Can I just ask them to remove it as I was the one who asked them to put it on there? Is it best not to put on an NOC to your file? What do others think?
Also there is Data Dispute on the electoral role part - currently I am on there in my current name and then there are some years where I am registered in my previous married name - but the married name is completely misspelt. Can I ask them to amend etc?
