My brother in law is currently looking at the options of buying his first property.
current situation;
bank account for 3 years
salary of £15k p.a.
no loans
no credit cards
one o2 mobile phone contract
help needed in relation to;
will he be able to apply for a 100% FTB mortgage (are they still available?)
how do home share schemes work?
how much can he borrow?
he only has the mobile phone contract on his credit file. is this sufficient for a credit file. he did pass the credit search when he took it out.
