HELP! deal ending

Hi, I was lucky enough to be on a tracker with Halifax, but it ends at end of October. Should I go with their 3.5 SVR for a while and see what happens or should I get a fixed deal now, their best fixed is 4.09. I dont want to panic, but I really need someones help
