    Could you put aside a couple of hours each week to go and do something like that Sammy? Sort of teach yourself to just relax?

    I guess it's hard to find the time though - I know that if I want time on my own to relax, the effort and stress involved in organising it totally negates the time spent relaxing! :doh:

    Hey I thought I was the only one with a dodgy accent....old scouse covered in new Sussex...
