i have credit card debt of 13,000 pounds i have been paying 300 pounds a month but very little is coming of the balance.i am due to be made redundant what can i do.:(

Hi There,
If you do not have the PPI, then read some of the links on here with regards to CCA request's. If the bank can not supply agreements with certain terms on them, then the debt may not be enforceable in court, hopefully someone will be along soon who can give you some templates of letters to send to them.

i have my mortgage and secured loan,i will be getting a redundancy payment,i am also 5,000 in arrears on the mortgage0
