I am currently just starting a DMP I owe Lloyds tsb 5 x different debts 2 x loans 2 x overdraft and 1 x C/C. Does anyone know if they can lump them all together if they decide to take me to court to recover the debt?
Thanks in advance MM x

Usually if you default on a loan and an overdraft they will put the two together once it has gone passed Consumer Debt Recovery stage.
I have never known them to put a credit card with any other debt.
So you might get it down to 3 debts to pay.
What makes you think they will take you to court, LLoyds usually accept a DMP payment and only take it to court if no payments are made.

Thanks for your reply, I suppose I'm just looking at the worst case scenario, they are my biggest creditor and wondered this as if they decided to go for a charging order or anything I figured it would cost them more to claim individually; £5.5k, £9k, £8K, £1100, £1K rather than all at once; £25k
