HSBC Grrrrrr

I am on a DMP via the CCCS and the bulk of my debt lies with HSBC. I have a loan with them and the CCCS are also unable to make my payments directly to this account, sooo frustrating, some internal IT issue apparently! So what happens every month is CCCS make 2 payments into my current account, one for the loan and the other for my overdraft. HSBC haven't accepted my offer for repayment for the loan so they continue to take the original payment out when the 2 CCCS payments aren't enough to cover it...pushing my overdraft up and up and charging me £30 every month for the pleasure of my loan payment bouncing back!! Go figure.... How am I ever supposed to sort it out!

It just seems so stupid, I mean if they would look at it they could see I am making a realy good atempt to pay them off but they continue to charge me for all my good intentions. I also have an online credit card with them, the CCCS payment goes in on the 25th of the month every month without fail, yet every month they charge me a £25 late payment fee and also a £25 over limit fee (because all the charges have made me go over the limit) as well as interest so nothing hardly ever comes off the balance. What can I do to stop incurring these charges?!! And also make them see that I REALLY REALLY am trying to sort my debt out!
 Have champagne tastes...but got a beer budget!!

give the debt management dept a ring and have a chat they will tell you how much they will except its probably way over what you can afford but it will be dept on file you are keeping contact with them and again it can only go in your favour
the DM at hsbc informed me that after 7 months of unsufficiant payments it goes to a debt collecting agency who buy the debt on at a loss so from that point on , i guess the % will stop

Why aren't CCCS posting a cheque out to HSBC like they do with other companies? I would go back to CCCS and query this. I know for a fact that cap quest and moorcroft get cheques from my DMP posted out to them by CCCS.
