HEllo all advise if you can,
right im in a DMP with CCCS have been since start of Jan, now problem or query if you like i have loans, cards and accounts with HSBC,
my first loan is being paid through my current account as you can no pay the loan direct (something to do with their system no idea why)
now the other loan is in my hubby's name the CCCS also pay his current account his loan payment for the same reason as mine, now his current account is growing in % and deposits because the HSBC havent collected payments from it towards his loan, they havent taken a single payment since he opened it in july? they contacted me at xmas to state mark needed to resign the papers as the manager had incorrectly signed the PPI, but we were advised by CCCS WE DIDNT NEED TO AS FUNDS HAD BEEN deposited already so we didnt so what does that mean im to scared to ring them incase they want full settlement or something or could it mean that we dont have to repay it if this goes on i mean for years i jsut dont know what to do the CCCS have said they need to know what they intend to do about it but if they have messed up the paperwork and therefore cannot take payments what will happen
any thought would be appreciated
cheers confused KLare xx

I have a first direct loan (subsidiary of HSBC) & they are the same - its a real pain as I have to transfer money & keep the account open...anyway...suggest the best thing is to ring & find out (or have I misunderstood the question...tell me if I have!). May not be the answer you want but if you knw what you're dealing with it tends to become more managable. Hope that helps but dont worry, some wise old bird will be along soon to offer great advice!! People prob out in the sun or watching the footie so dont despair! Help will be along soon..hugs meanwhile!Nerd no 109 Long haulers supporters DFW #1!
