Where there any left?
There were half a dozen or so about 1pm. They also had sets of 3 oblong pyrex roasters (1 each of sml, med & large) for £5, which I thought was pretty good.Recent wins: iPhone 5s, iPad mini, Micro scooter, Commonwealth Games tickets, Magnum of Champagne, Skincare Set, Make up, £250 voucher0 -
I went on Monday and got
Wine opener 69p
bathroom tumbler 12p
container to put hand cream or pump soap 17p
double bed in a bag £7.49 but took it back as the sheet was missing
and my best bargin was the electronic salt and pepper mill previously £19.99 each (I think) for .........................80p. I picked up 4 (2 for my Sisters Xmas present) and when I went to the checkout the VERY rude cashier abruptly asked me "how much is this then?" When I told her 80p she looked at me as if I was stupid then got on the tannoy calling for a price check. When the Supervisor came back with the ticket and said 80p she looked like she was gonna pass out. I paid and then told her "dont bother rushing off to bag 2 for yourself darling I bought the lot"

I'm jealous of all your bargains, our Sainsburys has tons of home stuff in but none of it's reduced. Hopefully they'll start reducing it soon to make way for Christmas stock though!D'you know, in 900 years of space and time, I've never met anyone who wasn't importantTaste The Rainbow :heartsmil0

you might be lucky, all the ones near to me only have ice cream scoops and peelers for about 5p. not even any signs on shelves now. the one in chelmsford has hundreds of kitchen roll holders for 10p but thats about it. good luck.A happy wife, and mum to 2 lovely little boys :j0

in my local sainsbury's i picked up a laundry/linen basket for £1.74 & a single garment rack for £2.49 both 75% off0

I got some stainless steel/silicone utensils for 30p each today - also "olive" tea towels at 30p for 2 and apron & oven gloves in the same range for 40p each.
The bargains are still out there - half the problem is that the SELs are not necessarily correct!! So knowledge is indeed power0 -
I'd be happy to get an ice cream scoop for 5p!!! Since I have been looking for one the last few weeks, i haven't seen any in either charity shops or car boot sales, and Asda ones were about £2!!!!Father Ted: Now concentrate this time, Dougal. These

well i left it really late to go to sainsburys for these deals so didnt expect to get anything at all, but went at 4.30pm today just before they closed and managed to get
3 cheese slicers - 20p each
2 pizza cutters - 10p each
2 garlic presses - 10p each
dots worktop saver - 35p
was very suprised but very happy and got multiples so that ive got spares!!
considering i paid nearly £8 for my last cheese slicer from marks and spencers as that was the only place i could find them, im chuffed to get 2 for 40p!!!
