Hi All,
I wrote to Rbs recently requesting a CCA and they sent me the following info back

Someone here very kindly gave me a template letter to send off to them and i received a letter this morning, more or less sayin they have supplied me with a true copy, that i agreed to after which i then received my credit card, and they suggest i get in touch with my citizens advice bureau if i continue to doubt the veracity of what i have been told about them having complied with their obligations??
Im not sure what to do now...... anyone got ant ideas??

Standard evasive reply from RBS.
They clearly don't have a proper enforceable agreement to send you.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB
