Slow cooker (onn)

I'm really sorry for the question as I expect it's been done to death but I bought a sc a year back and have never used it. I have dragged it down but NO instructions:mad:
I have googled it but cant find any instructions, it was bought from Asda and its model number is JD4000 ONN is the make. It only has two settings on it saying "low & high" I wanted to do a stew tomorrow and leave it for the day but not sure how many hours low and high means!!??

Any help would be great. Many thanks.

Oh I have that one! I don't have the instructions either haha. If it helps If I put it in for about 10am, I just stick it on low until OH gets home from work about 4:30 - 5, and we eat then. If it's needed sooner, stick it on high for 2 hours and then put it to low? That's what I always do :)
