Get her to check her E-mail settings. She may have it blocked or it could be in spam.

Does anyone know how long pigsback take to answer a query? I emailed then because I tried to order a voucher and didn't receive a validation code on my mobile. Thanks

How long ago did you email them? You could try PMing Darragh.

I've emailed pigsback a couple of times and the first I had a reply in days but when I emailed them more recently it took around 2 weeks. Having said that, others have had the same problem as you and pigsback have been very quick to sort it out.

I've found it helps to email them at postmaster@pigsback.com rather than through their "contact us" link and if you need help quickly, the telephone number shown on the web site is 0207 170 4010 although I've never used this so I don't know if it's any use?
