    I'd just like to say ... I haven't said a word all day!! :)

Mind you, I do get fed up with people telling me to shut up ... If only they realised just how much room their posts take up ... ;)

It's baking hot here, and I just want to sleep. Have a lovely day, everyone! :D

P.S. Huge apologies if that all sounds a touch smug. It's because I'm feeling, erm, smug. I love you all!!

Maybe next time some one posts something that is clearly going to start an argument, we all ignore the post and just report it if needed?

I agree that we don't want to get back into another argument, but I have to disagree with part of what you said

If someone posts something that is rude, offensive, libellous, racist etc - then by all means report the post, because that isn't something we want around here

But just because someone is "starting an argument", which normally means expressing a viewpoint different to that of the reader, that alone isn't reason for reporting their post

Again, people have the right to post whatever they want here, within the limitations above. Whether you, I or anyone else chooses to agree or disagree with that post is a matter of our own personal taste and opinion. If we want to write back with a conflicting opinion and in doing so "start an argument", then so be it

But we shouldn't start reporting posts just because we disagree with what is being said, or think that other people will disagree - that's not in the spirit of an open forum. To borrow a quote from I believe George Orwell, "If liberty means anything at all, it means the right to tell people what they do not want to hear"

There endeth the rant on personal freedoms.....

Jesus are you lot STILL !!!!!!!g arguing? I used to read this thread all the time but now id rather not collect piggypoints than wade through all the childish rubbish on this thread! Every time i venture a peek in here there are still silly squabbles!

Seriously people look back over the last few pages, how many post are actually related to pigsback??? Newbies post get ignored between people with far to much time on their hands trying to prove a point.

And my point? CLOSE THIS BLASTED THREAD. What is the reason to keep it open? Really? This has decended into the mud-slinging and banality that surpasses even the Tesco Misprice Discussion.

I don't think any of us would report a post for anything other than the above reasons. Apart from anything else, it would spoil the fun! :p;)

I've noticed that some people get a bit irritated by people having conversations on this thread; maybe there could be a thread for just the answers/links, edited each day?

That way all the answers are all in one accessible place, rather than having to go through pages (I don't mind personally, but I see that a few peeps do...).

    Just a suggestion anyways. :D

My god this thread does my head in!!!

I dont post on here very often but i am so sick of all the posts from people !!!!!ing about people having general friendly banter on here

you moan because the posts take up so much space that you cant see the links yet everytime one of you posts disagreeing with it, there ends up with more pages!!

i for one am on dial up and i dont have a problem with the likes of droopsnout and others posts it makes a nice change to people whinging and moaning all the time which no i dont like rading through

For gods sake just shut up and enjoy what is more commonly known as general banter
