So far I have had 3 refurbished pcs from pc world and none of them have lasted longer than a day. They out-source the repairs and the faults have ranged from a computer with no innards to one that would only boot to the blue screen of death. I cannot say how poor the service is as you have to wait for an engineer to come out, who tell syou it can't be fixed, then you have to wait for DHL to collect it (they will not even give you a choice of am/pm) and will only refund any money paid when the pc arrives back in their depot (PC world's). Amazingly poor service and the shops will not deal with you as they are not involved with online refurbished orders. Even for the price it is not worth it in my opinion.
