Lloyds TSB error - what should I do?

I've recently submitted a CCA request to Lloyds TSB (no, I'm not trying to get out of my debt - I'm just trying to use it as a negotiating tool for interest rates). Anyway today I've received back a letter from them saying that they have a high volume of similar requests and will get back to me shortly with the information.
As I was reading it I thought the letter seemed a little thick and when I checked they have also enclosed the same letter which is addressed to someone else with both that person's mastercard account no and their personal loan letter! So I now have that persons name, address and account details
Should I just return the other person's letter directly to Lloyds TSB or should I send it with a covering letter to the addressee explaining what Lloyds have done?
One part of me thinks this is absolutely terrible admin on Lloyds side but then another part thinks accidents do happen.....
Hmmmmmmmm

IMO this is a clear breach of Data Protection. Give the bank a call and let them know what info you have, and raise your concerns about how they deal with YOUR sensitive information.
You never know, you may get your own letter dealt with a little quickerMFW 1310 -
I agree with Dexter. These big organisations usually use enveloping machines to put up their post - the machine has probably pulled through a few letters at once - the bank needs to know so that they can correct the machine.0

I would write to the person in the letter explaining what you were trying to get from the bank and why (tell them about MSE too). Tell them that they have sent their confidential details to you and that this is a violation of the Data Protection Act and state that if your details had been sent to someone else and had found out about it, you would be making an official complaint and reporting them to the Information Commissioners Office.
Also, they are only allowed 12+2 working days - no matter how busy they are. After falling off the gambling wagon (twice): £33,600 (24,000+ 9,600) - Original CC Debt: £7,885.91
