Supersaver i just added you to my xmas card list :o

Ordered the tall classic type. Retail UK price £190

I paid a total of £107 including postage using the 10% off code.
Hopefully Korey will help with the customs bit, but even if i get a bill i'm still well in pocket compared to UK price.
Paid by credit card via paypal.

I will update this post when they turn up.

    Today is a good day!

Now i have to hide them from the wife for the next few months

Hi could you tell me how much the customs is, and if korey helped, as some us sellers aren't willing to do this. Thanks.
  • hi all,
just thought i'd let you know that i ordered my UGG LEATHER BOMBER BOOTS on the 24th sept and the arrived today £20.00 custom charges only. Saved £60 on uk price. They are FANTASTIC my feet are like toast. Korey was excellent in all aspects of service including customs ;) and these suppliers are defo on the ugg aus authorised suppliers.

Just a quick bit of information only - if there are any errors or omissions in the customs declaration, it is considered the responsibility/fault of the importer (ie, the customer) and it is to the importer that any fines will go.
  • UPDATE.

As mentioned earlier in thread i ordered a pair of ugg boots from the company mentioned in the opening post and wanted to update for the benefit of members.

Yesterday 06/10/2009 I recieved a vat invoice from Royal Mail Parcel Force for £18 plus an £8 processing charge.

This brings my total purchase price to £133 on Uggs that would have cost £190 in UK.

Looking forward to tomorrows delivery now :rotfl:

    Mick
  • Thanks for the link OP.

For anyone looking for a size chart to convert US to UK sizing I have just found this on the UGGAustralia site : http://www.uggaustralia.com/customerservice/sizing.aspx

    Happy Shopping :)
My mantra is "Never pay full price!" ;)

Your credit card would be registered to your paypal account and paypal then pay the seller with this through your paypal account, you dont have to do anything, just choose your credit card to pay for the purchase when it asks you. Hope that helps. If not feel free to ask again.

It could be worth paying with your card rather than PayPal for financial protection.

Yes, thats true, if the US seller accepts UK credit cards, but you are protected with Paypal anyway, so you should be OK either way.
