i've got loads of red chillies, what can i do with them?

Have you tried google or a search on this board?
They freeze well if you can't use them all now.0 -
It's lovely and goes will with all sorts, cold cuts, fish....
Also you can put it in little jars and give as christmas pressies!

Thread them on a thin string and hang them up to dry slowly in a warm place.
Remove seeds, chop and freeze them.
Use for Chili, curries, chutneys etc.0 -
You can dry them slowly in a cool oven or put them into a bottle of olive oil to make chilli oil, which is lovely used in stir fries.
And they are freezable but I would freeze them in small batches or open freeze on atray before putting them into bags or they could freeze into a clump.Blessed are the cracked for they are the ones that let in the light

We had a curry round our friend's house the other day, the recipe is from Rick Stein's latest book and it uses 15 chillies!!! That'll use them up
