Expectant CSA

If what you wrote is the truth (please do not feel offended but sooooo many ppl come on this forum with phoney stories) then it seems that the ex is using the CSA to get back at you.
It is not nice to use the CSA as a tool for revenge.
My best advice: provide all documentation to the CSA and let them deal with it.
Always make sure that they charging you the correct amount.
Whatever your husband wishes to pay on top of what the CSA is charging him that will be between him and his conscience.
Hope that helps!
why would people come on here falsely?? you're not gonna get any useful advice if we aint got the facts??
why so sceptical?? is your story false too?? or are you the only honest one here???NEVER ARGUE WITH AN IDIOT. THEY'LL DRAG YOU DOWN TO THEIR LEVEL AND BEAT YOU WITH EXPERIENCE.
and, please. only thank when appropriate. not to boost idiots egos.0 -
ever tried??
i'd give my right arm to get residence of my daughter before her mother ruins her, but i'd have more chance of seeing monkeys flying outta my butt. the family law system is massively biased.
I'm hopeful that things have changed in the last 20 years and factors such as the children's wishes are given much more weight these days.
Sorry your attempts have been unsuccessful, how far did you get?

cheers.
i'm still in the process.
the system needs dragging into the 21st century. too many women abuse the power of residence they have. my ex is a typical example of this. the judge has ripped into her twice now over her "i'm her mother, so i know what's best, i'm always right, so there" attitude.
gililck competency is a precedent that i'll be attempting when daughter is older. at present, there's no way they'd listen to her in court. give it a few years and we'll see how the land lies.NEVER ARGUE WITH AN IDIOT. THEY'LL DRAG YOU DOWN TO THEIR LEVEL AND BEAT YOU WITH EXPERIENCE.

Good for you, from what you've posted of your ex then the best thing you can do for your daughter is get her in a family where her welfare is considered paramount. Hopefully the judges comments to date will stand in your favour.
Too many PWCs have the attitude that because they hate the NRP, they are therefore a hateful person. From my point of view a person can be a rubbish husband but a great Dad, it's not my place to decide what the relationship of my children will be with their Dad. Even if I think he's a rubbish Dad - it's still not my place to define their relationships.
If my ex was the PWC and he pulled some of the stunts I read about here - I would be seeing him in court all the way.

To Speedster:
Read some threads and you will understand why i am so sceptical!
Am I lying too? What for? I am the one caring for the child. The CSA is not after me ;-)
People say: Only the truth hurts! Did I hurt you?
By the way, never said everyone on here is lying so by asking if I am the only honest person on here you assume that I have claimed that everyone is a liar.
Take a deep breath. Once you have done so take the time to read all my posts and you may get to know me a bit better.
If I was bitter by your comment I would no say this: "As long as your daughter has you in her life she will not grow to be bitter"
But if you keep on bitting people's head off because of what is happening to you then you will grow into a bitter man and your daughter will end up with no role model to look up to!
It is my right not to immediately believe what I read.
It is extremely difficult to trust someone's story on a forum (too many weirdos on forums)
At times I find it difficult not to attempt to give a bit of advice to a poster so when I do I tend to tell them that if their story is factual then my heart goes to them so to speak.
By doing so I feel that if I advised someone who did not deserve to be advised then the shame is on them for attempting to trick posters.
You do not need to share my views! We are all different.
Dancing Shoes and bdt1: keep up the humour for it will help you to remain sane through all the madness.
Bellio:
There are mothers who do love only "some" of their kids.
Thankfully only few mothers are like that.
Maybe she does not take care of the child you speak of because she is hating her ex through the child?
It does happen!
She should not be condone though!
When a private arrangement does not work out it is best to stick with the CSA.
Social services are there to help your husband and therefore if there are good grounds to ask them to intervene then they should be made to intervene.
To be honest with you £100/month is not a lot and this is something that you will soon realise as I understand that you are expecting a child (when mine was a baby I spent £10 to £15/week on nappies). However if the father is also buying some of the food, clothes, toys, school meals, holidays, and the list goes on, then all this should be taken into consideration by the mother.
Do not expect the CSA to think as I do!
N.B I noticed that you thanked me for my earlier post and thus will assume that my honesty did not bless you.0 -
TBH. i'm only jesting with you (in a way!!)
if i'm full of **it, i'm sure i'd trip myself up. especially as it's all in text not the spoken word.
the csa don't really bother me. they are on my back, but it pays to know how they work.NEVER ARGUE WITH AN IDIOT. THEY'LL DRAG YOU DOWN TO THEIR LEVEL AND BEAT YOU WITH EXPERIENCE.

Are you mad at me?
Please don't mistreat your keyboard because of my posts because if you were to break it whilst angrily typing your posts I will not get to read you again and may end up missing you!

ha ha!! not at all. just a bit of sarcasm on my part.
i know the truth, i live by what my dear ol mum taught me "liars always trip themselves up as their memories will never be as effective as their mouths"
like the sarcasm by the way!! :TNEVER ARGUE WITH AN IDIOT. THEY'LL DRAG YOU DOWN TO THEIR LEVEL AND BEAT YOU WITH EXPERIENCE.
