Rang the csa today, can honsetly say what a joke, they didnt have a clue what was happening, they even advised me due to computer error, my balance was higher than it should be, yes they actually admitted to this, but still charging me for charges, i couldnt beleive it what a joke they are, can anyone advise me of a 3rd pty to contact to get this looked in to.

There aren't many people I HATE in this world but the CSA certainly qualifies. It's not there to help anybody, just to tax/steal at whatever rate they see fit.0

Contact nacsa if you think your assessment is wrong. They will ask for a donation but this will far outweigh what you could pay on an incorrect assessment.;)
