Possession Hearing....Need advice please

Hi guys
Just received a letter from court to say that there will be a repossession hearing next month with regards to our old house.
My wife and I left the house and moved to rented in june, and went bankrupt in july this year, so the old house is empty.
There is a defense form in with the letter that we received which asks us to fill in a kind of SOA so that they can determin how much we can pay towards the mortgage arrears once the house is reposessed....this has made me start to panic as we can not pay anything towards this which was one of the reasons we went BR. Would all this be included in the BR?
Im just a tad worried that Im gonna have bailiffs round.

Yes Doomboy, it will all be included in your BR.
Send back the defence forms, with a copy of your BR order and a short note saying you do not contest the repo. Some helpful judges have been known to adjourn a repo case if the haven't heard from the home owner, thinking they're doing them a favour by delaying it. :rolleyes:Accept your past without regret, handle your present with confidence and face your future without fear0 -
No need to fill out the SOA either.;)
That is only relevant if you want the court to let you keep the house and catch up on missed payments.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB

Shouldn't need to if you send them the paperwork but if you want to make doubly sure that they get the repo and it is not delayed for any reason I would go.BSCno.87The only stupid question is an unasked oneLoving life as a Kernow Hippy0
