Is a mortgage sealing fee a one off payment? We have an off set mortgage and have been paying a sealing fee quarterly for the past three years. Is this right?

I personally have never come across a quarterly fee?
The sealing fee is usually charged on redemption for the lender to close down the mortgage?I am a Mortgage Adviser

Yep - a mortgage sealing fee is normally a one off payment at the end of the mortgage to close the account down
