Its hideous Sammy, like I said it makes me cringe! I was about 5 stone heavier than I am now so I would hope I look a bit different! :T

Its been a funny day, I have just got on with things but my mind keeps wandering and thinks a range of things between everything has gone really well to the blackest thoughts....

He will be in HDU for a good few days then we will know more as to how it has all gone it could be up to 6 months before he is back to normal if there has been no permanent damage.
